After giving birth to her daughter, our founder, Stacey Boyd, quickly realized that there are very few resources to help
parents navigate choosing and gaining admission to preschools. So she turned to friends who already had children in
preschool and realized that her parent friends were a treasure trove of useful information. Not one to keep the inside
scoop to herself, she wondered if there was a way to harness all of the information she had gathered in a format from
which other parents could benefit. Stacey talked up the idea with some friends, and over some of her famous goat
cheese tarts last spring, a small group met at Stacey's home to begin making Stacey's brainchild a reality - and thus
